James W, I just saw these posts after making my post regarding the board replacement. I appreciate your extra advice. In what circumstance would one need to use this procedure? Is that to test the actual front board with the LCD panel and the A/B buttons, salinity, etc.?

I am in the market for a flowmeter as I have recently installed a variable speed pump. The rola chem seems attractive as it will read to a lower flow than the blue-white, 20 vs 40. If anyone has an updated experience with these two brands, could you post your thoughts? Sent from my iPhone...
