I want to see the settings on my Pentair Intelliflo VSF (it is connected to an Aqualink RS & iAqualink controller) but the display on the pump says "DISPLAY Not Active!" I've tried temporarily disconnecting the RS-485 but it still says "DISPLAY Not Active!" None of the buttons does anything...

Update: I noticed the No Flow light was starting to stay on, rather than blink and turn off after starting pump. Replaced my flow sensor (old one was 10-12 years old and had some buildup on it) and there may be some life left in the cell. Normal readings and chlorine generation for about 24...

Is the power light on on the controller? If not, then the thermistor is the likely problem.

@mknauss I tried that today for about 2 hours and the bubbles did decrease (not quite gone, but mostly). They came back about 10-15 minutes after I turned the SWCG back on. It's way more than I've seen in the past, but I'll keep an eye on it and try this again to verify. Thanks!

I have bubbles in one of my returns and would like some help determining the source. I recently replaced my pump and added the iAqualink. The bubbles were there before and I was hoping the new pump and plumbing would resolve it. When I run in spa mode, there are no bubbles at the spa returns...

Closing the loop on this: I ended up replacing the controller board (see other post - I got an MM revision, which does not work with non-Jandy SWGs - BOO JANDY! - replaced the chip on it with a JJ to resolve the SWG issue) and the switch is now operational (all 4 buttons + LED). Thanks to all...

Closing the thread - I was able to get a JJ chip and install it on the board. All working, Aquarite, spa switch, indoor controller.
