This is not for my pool, way happy with it. This is for a pool remodel and want to see if any one here had actually done it and there results long term.

Hello, Has anyone raised the depth of their gunite pool by 2ft to 3ft with concrete. I've been doing some searching but can not find the actually results of someone doing it. Curious to know how long ago it was done and if you have had any issues. Thanks

Thanks Newdude but not looking to build a finger ledge as this would add to much cost on build. Think we are just going with some hand holds. I will post a few pictures when we get those finished up.

Hello, I'm working on a pool remodel and was wondering if anyone has hand holds for the deep end of the pool. Mainly wondering if anyone built them into the wall. This would take the place of the ones you can buy that stick out from the wall like the picture I attached. Thank you

I have been to that Leslie one time to compare the test from pool boys since it is closer. The test was very close but it is more subjective than the computerized system. They did try to sell me some hardener for calcium and other items so I haven't been back. I will be my connecting my SWG...

Hey Jb, its call Pool Boys on Calder, They have this fancy computerized system that does all the testing. There numbers are pretty close to my test results with the TF-100 except for my Cl that is usually .5 or 1 lower than my results. They are not very pushy trying to sell you there products...

I been using the TF-100 and Taylor kit here at house and been get it tested at Pool Boys here in LC that's were the print out came from.

League City did make me run a backwash line with a p-trap to my main sewer line that will never get used because I don't have a backwash. But LC didn't care, it's in the requirements so had to do it. ugh

Hey JB, Did the PB tell you this? I installed a over flow line with my auto fill setup. I did have a inspector question it at first but they passed it.
