It is an old-school incandescent light in a fixture. I will look at the YouTube videos. I checked the breakers on the pools control box, which seemed OK.

My pool light is not working. Best to call electrician or pool repair to fix it? Doubt this one is in my wheelhouse...

After cleaning the SWG in diluted chlorine water x 30min, I noticed the pool temp reading is way off. I also shut off the control panel breakers while doing this. It was reading ~90 deg before and now it reads 58deg. How important is this reading and is it something I can diagnose/fix? Greg

In Pool Math, I only see the effect of adding chemicals to my old established water. When starting from scratch, how much salt, liquid chlorine and CYA would I need? How do I turn off SWG while pump is running?

As I was cleaning my filters, I noticed this part is broken. Does it need to be replaced? Will it affect the function of the pool if it is damaged?

Taylor K 2006-C I’m familiar with testing, chemistry, etc. But I just never done everything from a baseline of untreated water. Do I want to get the pH at the right level first or CYA? And since it is a saltwater pool, when do I want to start adding salt

Tile area is repaired. Now i need to refill it. I don't see any specific instructions on how to fill pool in Pool School. Better to fill and then adjust chemicals I'm assuming but is there an order in which chemicals should be added?

Here is a picture of the affected area. We’d like to redo the pool in a few years. I just want to reattach the tiles until we have enough money saved to redo the entire thing.

Around 15 came off but the 30 or so surrounding ones were loose. I was planning to drain the pool anyway bc solid levels are elevated.
