    "pH that is too high or too low can cause problems in all pools" I have vinl pool, and I never see my PH going high..ever... in 15 years unless I was adding stuff sold to me by the local pool supply store. If i leave it alone it us always lower or just in the ok level.

    Try 3 pieces of 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" 8' sections of iron blackpipe. I have 2 10' sections of 1 1/4 with very little sag......tip....go to local DIY store and couple them together in the store and see.
