We've had 2 hard rains since the new berm was completed. The drainage worked great both times. The water is being redirected around the back of the pool. Since the berm wasn't in the original plan, I worked it out with the landscaper and ended up paying just a couple of hundred for the dirt...

And then DISASTER. A week later, it rained heavily for the first time. The landscape drainage plan failed. Pool turns into a swamp. Using TFP, I did a SLAM and it's almost back now. Landscaper is supposed to come back next week to fix the issues, but we're supposed to get more rain. So...

After many weeks of rain delays, things got going again. A lot has happened. Decking complete Pebble installed Acid wash and filling started Using 2 hoses and 2 days later it's full. Landscaping started. Grading and sod. Went through pool school with the builder. They'll be back...

I'm still working with the landscape company to see what we're going to do with the slope. A wall still looks to be out of budget, so he said we could do a berm instead. He wants to see the final level of the decking first. This should be next week. In the meantime, plumbing, concrete shell...
