it was plastered 4 years ago, no photos to show of that. it’s not being replastered yet but the contractor did a Crud job.. no way to get rid of the rust?

yeah i tried sanding it down though, i’d expect dirt or algae to come up with a diamond pad.

hi Jim, fortunately that was the outcome of the CSLB arbitration. unfortunately inflation hit the adjustment hard and i wont be able to find a refinish for even half the price i originally paid. i thought the brown was algae, i'm just wondering how to get rid of that.
