I used to fill up 15 gallon plastic barrels at Napco in north Houston of 12.5% chlorine. They have since sold out and the new company not selling to the public any longer. OTHER than big box stores or places like Leslie-s/Pinch-a-penny, who is selling bulk chlorine?
