I just bought the Intex 120V Krystal Clear Saltwater System CG-28669 with E.C.O. (Electrocatalytic Oxidation) for my above ground pool..I've been reading about people removing or disconnecting the copper cells. Does this model even have this? My wife and daughter are blondes and they'd kill me...

I wanted to follow up on the problem I was having with my filter in case anyone else has the same troubles.I got the bright idea to put an adapter on my discharge outlet so I could hook up a water hose to run water to a drain while I did my backwashing,because I didn't want to shoot chlorine...
