Planned specs so far: Pool 14x26' Depth 3-6' Spa 7x7' for 11,800 gallons inside Bronze Mansard cage; Equipment: Jandy VS-FHP2.0, 60 sqft DE filter , AP1400 salt w/ PDA PS4 automation. JXi 400K BTU NG heater. (ALL DESIGN COLORS TBD!!)
