The ignitor reads 57 ohms. Is there a chance it's still bad? I don't really want to spend $60 on another ignitor just to find out the issue is something else. Also, should I be concerned about where the rest of this ended up?

No signs at all that it ever ignites. It was the old spiral design. I'll check it with a multimeter. Thanks.
