Can you get parts for Calimar pumps like Vito’s shaft seals?

Hey mShark You still liking your Calimar? Also I’ve read other people re-pipe the plumbing in the equipment area to 2” even running 1.5” underground. What benefit does doing 2” for equipment?

Anyone know where you can’t get parts for climate like shaft seals, impellers, fans etc?

So if you a pool with 1.5” plumbing and a 3hp vs pump just run it at slower speeds enough to turn over your water in 24 hours without maxing out your GPM rated equipment/plumbing?

If you go to a 3hp vs pump wouldn’t you push to much GPM then the pipe can handle?

I have an 18,000 gal fiberglass pool My Test kit produced the following Free Chlorine = 0.0 Total Chlorine = 0.0 PH = 7.2 Calcium Hardness = 90 Total Alkalinity = 70 CYA = 50
