Thanks for the tips. I think it was the O rings that came with my new spa returns. I used the smallest ones and stepped it back to the larger O rings and that seemed to do the trick. Now I just need to buy a new Blower.

I was trying to get my Spa ready for gas delivery and when I put the jets on, water shot out of the Blower ( which does not work and will be replaced). The pressure literally tossed the blower off of the Pipe and when it came off I saw antifreeze still in the pipe. So the first question...

We removed 1/2 of the grass from those pictures last fall since they would tend to collapse due to over growth by mid July. If you look at my second pic, the grass in the lower left would be the type of grass I would recommend as they can support their own weight and typically stay vertical...
