I figured out I had my circuit board was fried in the spa pack. The tech that fixed it did not think the damage was from a dirty filter. He thought the fried circuit board was tripping the fuse.

My pump #1 is a Aqua-Flo Flo-Master XP2 and it's leaking a small amount when it's running between the shaft of the motor and pump area. Is this something I can fix myself? Ideas? --Doug

Thank you for your help. This morning, everything seems to be working correctly. I'm guessing whatever got wet dried out. I will NOT overfill the tub in the future.

Sorry about the delayed response. There is a very thick, uncoated copper colored wire that connects on the outside of the main control box and is supposed to be connected to the back of the motor on the pump. It is not connected because the bracket that connects it broke off. (the photo above...

Thanks for tips so far. I just noticed the ground wire is NOT currently connected to the pump that's the problem. The bracket that holds it on the back of the pump motor broke off. Is it likely this?

Are you saying to buy a volt/amp meeter and connect one of the amp meeters probes to the inside of each prong AND the other probe to the metal on the outside of the motor? What am I looking for and what is this checking?

I don't know how to do that but I could research it. Is there a flow check or something like that gets plugged when you're doing flushes?
