I do have the web interface but I haven't been able to connect for that last couple of weeks. I want to try to program one of the physical auxilary buttons to run the pump but at a lower rpm.

Thats exactly right. I have an RS system and the only way i can run the pump is on service mode which runs the pump at a high rpm. I've been wanting to get into the panel and make some adjustments to the programming the pool builder did a half arse job. Do you guys know any good sites that...

Darn technology, It worked in front of the tech. Sorry no help here.

I'm having the same issue however I have the tech come out tomorrow for pool school. If I can get an explanation I will share with everyone.
