I called my pool builder and he is really nice guy he’s going to send someone to look at the tiles. Pool was built 4 years ago. I will keep you guys posted.

Thank you for the quick reply Jim. Just checked my alkalinity was 40 I think. I added an extra drop and the solution did not get any more red. I think I will stop trying to lower the pH so much that you suggest and leave it at 7.8. Thank you

I use the Aqua comb and like it. I find it much faster than using the nozzle on the hose. I have not used a filter flosser so I don't know the difference between those two are.
