I did not. I suspect the installer put in the 700 but did not cut the jumper. The pool is 16.5k gallons. So I’d rather replace the 700 with a 1400, but was curious if that is what could cause the codes.

Wondering if anyone knows what happens if a cell for the 700 size (jumper split) is used in a unit without the jumper split (system looking for 1400)? I keep getting codes 120 and 121 and am thinking that there may be a mismatch in the cell size and the unit.
