I purchased the 614iq and fine filter yesterday from Marina. Great experience working with Margaret! This is to replace my troublesome and aged Kreepy Krauly Legend vacuum which I'll still keep around as backup.

Also try removing the hose from the pool and laying it straight on you pool deck in the sun for a minimum of 24 hours to reduce the memory effect. This always helps my pressure side hose when it begins coiling too much.

I'm debating whether to remove my IC60 this winter. Last year I removed it and replaced it with a dummy pipe. If the IC60 is not producing chlorine or is disconnected, is there any wear or buildup that could occur within the cell just having balanced water running through it for 2-3 months?

Per Leslie's my Iron is 0 and Copper is 0.2. I'll have to wait until the water warms up to at least 65-70 degrees to use Jack's test kit. If Leslie's copper test is accurate, is 0.2 too high and could it cause staining? Is this level of copper fairly typical?
