I am missing your point here. I want a salt water pool, not a chlorine pool. I did not get one. No one will install it for less and I lose the warranty on the rest. Working with PB to address.

No, this was in the scope of work and in the contract. I think he forgot to put it in, messed up and put in the chlorine and now realizes that he cannot make it right too easily.

Well, I finally got hold of the builder. I got some story that they don't like Salt Water and they always told me that they will refund the $2000 for the system and then I can have another company come in and do it. I am not told that they do this all the time for all their salt water clients...

Well, I got the equipment in and installed. There are 2 VSPHP pumps, variable pumps. 2 issues worry me: 1. One of the pumps goes only to Grotto and back, it bypasses the filter, where the solar will also go. This seems to me like a major waste of energy, I thought both pumps woudl go...

Hi, The PB chose the equipment, but we're not finalized yet as he believes that the solar heating should run off the grotto pump and I am hearing otherwise. They are Jandy shop, so it will likely be two VS pumps. This will be a salt water pool actually.

Thanks Brian, So I got it. Variable VS Pump for the main one, running it all, but grotto. Either the same VS or the SWF125 for just the grotto waterfall. Basically go for lower lower cost here. And PB is wrong about solar being off the secondary and not using the filter...thank you, this is...
