Replaced all bearings with turbine, a-frames, wings ect. Replace front and rear flaps and like I thought it does the same thing. I have read that others replace all moving parts and still doesn't move like it should. I guess put up with it u til it stops all together!

Just noticed it one day moves slow then stops then takes off and moves normal for a while then stops. I have both flaps coming and then its all new, I have my doubts but out of ideas. I will let you know what happens.

I noticed a black scum in one corner of the pool as well, when I rubbed it with my finger it was slimy like grease, I sprayed a little simple green on a towel and wiped it off. Wonder if it was from using pool lube on all o-rings ?

I have these returns in the deep end that the Hayward gets stuck on all the time, the middle one sticks up enough to get it stuck on the flaps. I dont think it is adjustable, I will get closer look when it warms up a little. Any ideas ?
