Sorry - wasn't too clear in my description. There is no pressure on the gauge when recirculating. When it is set to filter, when I first turn it on the gauge will jump to about 25 then slowly fall to 0. Thanks, dr

I added about 12 lbs of baking soda directly into the skimmer and tested approx an hour afterwards close to the return jets. I'll test again tomorrow to see if that was an accurate result. Thanks! dr
