I dont think so, I don't see part #8 on the parts list? If part #8 goes through the bottom of the tank w/a seal like it appears in the drawing, most likely my leak is there, if it does not, then I guess i have a crack in the tank itself. Its just really tough to tell without cutting the pipes...
