I think my spider gasket was wore out. I ended up replacing the entire multiport valve. The original is an older model and I couldn’t find just a key assembly that was the exact height. The new ones are a few mm short. Works fine now.

I have a similar problem. Super high suction and flow on recirculate, almost nothing on filter. Used on filter only a few hours. Could it be a bad spider gasket? Moved from here.

I’ve backwashed several more times today. Water is clear. Should I try backwashing for several minutes rather than just a minute at a time?
