    No pressure

The pool water is a little more than half way up the skimmer...we turned the air relief valve and let it run out thinking we would remove any air if it were trapped, but that didn't seem to change anything either.

    No pressure

Well, we have the pool water balanced and under control, but it appears we are having pump problems. We have the swim pro voyager filtration system with a Hayward power flo pump. When we started it up, there was water in the Pump basket, but it wasn't full. The pressure reading was close to...

    Low ph

I just went to target and picked up 3 giant boxes of borax to start off...not sure how much i will end up needing. my husband just added the last 1.25lb package of ph up about an hour ago and when I get off work I am going to go home and test. Where do we even start?

Well, the pump is up and running, that was another trip to the retailer because we didn't hve the right adapter! While I was there we got some advice from the "pool guys" on what to do next. He suggested to add one gallon of muratic acid every four hours until the brownish color is gone-which...

    Where do we even start?

We just purchased our first pool-basically bought whatever the salesman told us was "best" to have, we are pool virgins. Installation came and went with little info except "put your hose in it, you're all set!". Well, after reading all the articles and searching this website I'm still left...
