I have changed the duckbill , the rollers are compressing the tube . Everything has been replaced just won’t dose with the duckbill installed

The injector have been cleaned , I cleaned it like I always do by putting a screw driver down it . I’ve had the injector out and it is completely clear . It just won’t dose with the duckbill installed

I cleaned the chlorine injector like I do regularly but when I went to the pool in the morning no chlorine was getting into the pool . The stenner pump is running , I changed the duckbill check valve the tube inside the pump and made no difference. I changed the suction tube and discharge tubing...
