No - the clips on the inside of the handle broke off and it's not clear where they were attached. The handle just spins freely. I think I'll just go turn the valve manually and have my wife feel for the pressure coming from the outlet until it feels "strongest" Thanks all

Well, found out that it's a Super-Pro 2" valve, but still no luck determining if it's open. Ordered a new one that will arrive next week, though.

I wasnt able to get the heater to show the exhaust temperature. I turned it on from the easy touch, waited for the blower, then waited for ignition and held down the spa heat button on the heater for 10 seconds. It just continued showing the water temp.

Thanks everyone. I removed the thermal regulator and the heater doesn't cycle anymore. Ordered a new one and will replace it. The bypass valve seems to be in good shape. It was closed when I felt up there, but it's intact. Thanks!
