I marked the photo so you can better see the problem. It's the dark discolored area around the whole pool.

Thanks for the replies, but it definitely is not a gel coat issue. It appears to me that water is soaking in from behind the shell and saturating the fiberglass. Is that possible? As for the manufacturer (Leisure Pools) , I went through quite a battle with them already over a horrid install...
