Ok i'm back with more info. the water is somewhat cloudy. this is the chlorine and ph test from the Tf-100 It is nowhere near yellow - does that mean too much chlorine or too little I need some help where to start.

As mentioned earlier, we have had the wettest two month period in Charleston history. I tested the water yesterday and the chlorine test did not come close to matching the pinkish color on the guage. all the colors were distincly darker. Does that mean too much or not enough chlorine

How does rain effect the cya level in my pool. Charleston SC - 23000 gallon rectangular pool. Current cya level is 65 which according to the pool calculator should be around 40. we had 18 inches a month ago and 4.5 inches in last couple of days

I have located one of these for sale. Owner says it is 4 years old. Due to health reasons she has shut her pool down. Says it has very little use. She is asking 750...which seems way overpriced to me. I was thinking in the 300-400 range. If i bought it and it needed repairs...what kind of cost...
