Hey all, installing a new heater, Raypak 200K atmospheric model. My question is: when hooking up the 120VAC power, is it to be continuous power or should I hook it up to my pump timer? So power is on when pump is on and off when pump off? All help is appreciated as usual!

No, Its the 10 hole ring that sandwiches the liner to the pool wall, or holds the bulb bucket in. Forgot to mention its an in ground. 18x36 8ft deep.

Thanks JohnT, I figured the age of the liner had something to do with it and was anticipating replacing the liner in the near future (now!) I just want to be sure I don't destroy a new liner next winter shut down. Any insight on suggested mil thickness of a new liner? Thanks again.
