    New to Pools - Here For Advice

    great! We are new to pool ownership as well...just installed in ground and looking to avoid the pool store. We are confused about what to do first....adjust chlorine or ph? I have muriatic acid, soda, salt, and borax. Water is clear but ph is 8.0.....any input?
