    Making the switch from BA to Chlorine

    Took your great advice, followed the instructions on the forum, and now the pool is sparkling clean, using liquid chlorine ( no more Baquicil) and the pool store gave me a credit for the two cases of oxidizer! New floats! A happy ending!

    New to pool math

    I am just starting to log my chemistry and maintenance and am not sure what the correct choice is for chemicals. I added 1 gallon of Shock, which according to the label is 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite. What do I select in the chemicals pull down? Is it the same as bleach?
