    Do I need a sequestrant.

    I just had my pool replastered and part of the start up instructions said to use a sequestrant. I've never had a metal problem. Just to be on the safe side I had my water tested. No metal readings at all. Wondering why I should waste the money?

    Thanks for the info. I tried pool solutions today and couldnt get on . Just figured it was a matter of time .

    Looks like pool solutions finally died. Oh well. I noticed on this version of the bleach calc it has something I havent seen. CSI can you tell me how to figure this out. Thanks
