My CYA test tube goes up to 30, and filled to 30 I can still see the black dot. When I mix equal parts 7 and 7 the water never turns cloudly like it is suppose to. I have a jug (gallon) of the HTH Algae Guard. Should I throw that in it? as well as shock the pool?

How do I test the salt level? a few days ago, the saltwater system said it was "low salt" so I added in 85lbs according to the manuel that came with the system.

Here is my test results..... Copper = 0 Free Chlorine = 1 pH = 7.2 Alkalinity = 180 Hardness = 290 I believe the Alkalinity is high, according to the test I have. it recommends 60 - 120.......

This spring, I installed a through the wall skimmer on my Intex pool. At the same time, I installed an Intex Saltwater System to go along with my Intex sand filter system. The water flows from the skimmer to the pump into the sand filter to the saltwater system then into the pool. It worked...

How did you connect the fountain inside the pool?
