Help! I can not clear up pool water

I do have the K-2006. I used the 25ml (thanks for the info on the 10ml). Two scoops of R-0870. Then 10 drops of R-0870. Multiply by ooops! I used .02 instead of .2. So I have 2 for my FC and .2 for my CC (One drop to get the water from slightly pink to clear). Is 4 a good target for FC?

Help! I can not clear up pool water

If I do the pool math and enter .2 for the first box and leave it 4 on the second with 8.3% bleach it tells me to add 3.6 OZ. By weight is set to unknown and by volume it is set to trichlor. ??? Effects of adding chemical calculator says if I add 3.6 oz of 8.25% bleach will raise my FC .04 Am...

Help! I can not clear up pool water

Tested the Chlorine again this morning. Water looks real good. I have .2 for FC and .02 for CC Can test the CYA for a week. Added the Stabilizer yesterday. I'm to grasp how to switch over from Chlorine tabs to bleach. How easy is it to maintain with bleach and how do you know how much to add?

Help! I can not clear up pool water

I did not weigh the stabilizer. It was 1 3/4 lb container. I used about 1/2. I used my chlorine floater today because I still have a bucket of 3" pucks. Kiss for a frog. I went to fleet farm today and the best bleach I could find was Clorox Germicidal. Sodium Hypochlorite 8.3% Other...

The test was done before the stabilizer. I did not brush it around. I am guessing now I should. And for how long?

Help! I can not clear up pool water

Well, I am trying to grasp the chlorine test from my new TAYLOR TECHNOLOGIES INC K-2006 TEST KIT. FC .24 cc .04. My cheap test block was indicating low .3. If I am getting this right the block would be total chlorine. and the Taylor kit test for free chlorine and combined chlorine. Regardless...

Help! I can not clear up pool water

Hey guys. Thanks for the heads up on the test. That may have frustrated me as well. I think I would be looking at 30 to 50 for CYA. I have a cartridge filter and I get direct sun from about noon till night (with a solar cover). I have a cheap Intex pool. It came with a skimmer basket attachment...

Help! I can not clear up pool water

FYI. I was going on vacation and I noticed my water was beginning to look cloudy. I bought some super water clarifier from walmart and used it. When I got back 5 days later my pool was green. My floating chlorine dispenser was empty (I didn't check it before I left). I shocked it and added...
