Another attempt at an omlet on the griddle yes I know that I need a special omlet pan but I love my griddle :cheers:

1. Have lots of electrical outlets. We have about 13 outlets and we still run out of places to plug in. 2. Think about speakers and pre run wire in conduit. 3. Run ethernet cable or find a place for AP's. 4. Think about placement for 70 inch or larger TV. We watch a lot of football and movies...

I will be curious to see some food cooked on it :cheers:

I try to keep a log of all my cooks that I do on my grill and smoker. The instapot cooks are usually from a recipe. :cheers:

Soo envious. A wok is a great piece of cookware. We don't have gas so I guess i will just have to settle for my griddle. Surface temps get up to 600+ degrees :cheers:

Well what a year 2020 has been for the world. Starting off the new year with great food and friends. Our usual New Year's Eve dinner. Crab cakes for appertizer, Filet Mignon with Shrimp and Scallop De Jonghe. For dessert Champagne Blondies, Fancy Brownies made toffee chips and Rolo chocolates...
