This just started happening a week ago. I'm pretty sure it's setup for spillover. Prior to a week ago, the water would remain level in the spa and not drain.

My friend's pool is draining from the spa back into the pool when the pump shuts off. In my experience, this is usually caused by a failed check valve. Within his plumbing, I do not see a check valve like I would expect to see, so could the issue be one of valves under the Jandy actuators?

It is not directly up against grass or other foliage, but we have gotten a lot of rain recently.
