power comes from the house to a breaker box at the pool and out of the breaker box to the unit both the unit and salt strip say the salt is about 3400-3600. readings are a little lower (13.9 volts 3.7 amps) when cell is generating. when the cell is not generating, it is about 14.2 volts and 4.2 amps

box is 7 years old...cell is brand new

not sure how it is wired. salt is in the 3400-3600 range. it is producing, but i have to put it on boost every other day to keep the chlorine up. was hoping it was something simple like one of the 3 fuses had blown

newbie here...have a pool pilot digital and the red light starts flashing with the check/clean cell message whenever the cell is generating. the volts are around 14 and the amps about 3.9 -4.2. replaced the cell (sc-36) and know change. any ideas before i have to buy a new box? this 1 is 7 years...
