Congrats on the build, everything looks great! I would, I will say I was concerned during my build about my water getting to hot but I have yet to have it over 86 degrees . Sometimes I even heat it a little in the summer to get it to 85 degrees because my pool will hover around 80-82 degrees.

In 2017 I would say that you could do a little better, in 2021 I would say for a builder and rising labor and material costs your pretty solid. I would ask the builder to throw in a salt generator and maybe some plants since they are doing landscaping or include automation and see if you can...

So I agree with a SWG first! My neighbor had a puck feeder and I just had to help him turn his off and now he is replacing with SWG and his cya is already over 120 and his pool is under a year old :/ Second you have to remember the kids keep getting bigger so 4ft is not that deep plus your pool...

Hahahaha Now that is funny! There is only 18 houses in my community so I actually knocked on the few neighbors doors who never participate to make sure they get a invite so they don’t feel left out

Well I have 1 neighbor who is like the community coordinator so she sets everything up lol so I just contact her and told her my expectations after I was voluntold to host the party. And my expectations was that I don’t want to do anything but open the gates to the taj mah hall lol

So yesterday we hosted a neighborhood pool block party and we had 50+ people and over 30 kids in the pool at one point and I’m excited to say we were able to fit everyone lol

I also use the free bottle Leslie pool store will give you if you tell them you want to bring in water to test. Once they give me the free bottle I never return to the store ever again hahahaha
