Does anyone know what this is? It is related to my pool but I have no idea why it is not beside my pool equipment or what it does. Plus it looks like it should be protected from weather but I don’t know what to get.

Yes, that is the cleaner I currently have. I used to have a Polaris cleaner but it broke. There is a separate booster pump that I could use but I was trying the cheaper Aiper cleaner first.
