OCLT showed a loss of .4ppm. Everything seems to be in range. I guess I’ll just stay the course.

I’ll do the OCLT tonight. I’ve been trying to be patient. Wife has been on my back to get it cleaned up for the holiday weekend so it’s been trying.

Haven’t attempted an OCLT yet due to cloudiness. No ladders in the pool yet. No lights. Everything has been scrubbed.

Forgot to mention I also added a little DE to my filter to see if it would help. Didn’t seem to.

Hi guys, backwashed and rinsed my Hayward sand filter this morning. When I put the valve back to the filter position I’m getting water going back to my return as well as some flow to my waste pipe. I’m assuming it could be the spider gasket in my multiport valve? It’s a Hayward Vari-Flo XL...

That is correct. Didn’t catch the 10ml sample when I read through it.

On your test you should be multiplying drop count by .2, not dividing by 2.
