I work from home and clean out the skimmer basket and skim a few times a day to keep it clean, also we have our robot go sometime twice a day. We removed two big trees and got...

I wanted to update you all and anyone else that sees this. Yep, you all were right organic from the trees just the regular chlorine levels throughout the day faded them to almost nothing. Though this morning it's like the trees had a party in my pool! Not only by the drain but stains all over...

    What happened here?

We are outside Austin we have a lot of old Oak trees and other trees all around us. It is a constant fight keeping the pool clean, however, I work from home and go out and skim throughout the day. It's just weird it happened overnight and won't come up at all.

Starting up a Sand Filter after pool renovation

We are at the end of getting our fiberglass pool refinished and I was wondering is there a proper way to start up the filter again after we fill the pool. By the time this is done the filter will have been sitting and not run for just under a week. Wondering if there was a good way to run it...
