Has anyone used flood grouting or pipe fuze to repair an underground pipe?

Family Fun Pools makes a fiberglass panel that comes in a roll the length need to do the wall, so only 1 seam (usually placed behind the steps) so the finished product is seamless.

Curious if the square footage you are using is the surface area of the pool or the actual area of the floor and walls?

I am constructing a structural concrete pool with an 8" thick wall and 12" wide coping. I want the skimmer lid outside of the coping and am looking for wide, extended throat skimmer to extend thru the 8" wall. Any recommendations?
