@swu222 I have same issue and I put the plug from the top inside the filter and worked just fine. Pressure pushes it down I guess and no issue at all just hand tightened it.

I do run 60% low spee, 40% high speed during the summer months. Pentair tells me that replament model is pentair 342002

My pump has stopped working. There is power to it but it will only work on low speed, when putting on high speed it doesn't work. I currently have the Pentair 340043 SF N2 1 1/2A HP 230V I looked online and it seems its discontinued. I found it online at 1 place for about $980 Pentair says...

Cell is working fine with no issues or breaker tripping . It was the cell for sure

I installed the ic40 first and will wait to see. I started getting the clean cell error also on my panel even though cell had no calcium buildup so thought one more reason cell is bad. Will post updates after monitoring for couple of days.

My new IC40 came in, installed it and problem is gone. Will monitor for few days and provide update. Thanks again for everyone that responded and helped out!

I ordered a breaker switch also, they are about $65 so not that cheap for what they are. I am waiting for both items to arrive and will install one at a time. Even is the SWG is not bad I will keep the new one since eventually it will go out. Will post once I have updates. Thanks everyone again...

My 1st SWG stopped working 2 years ago, after a 6 year run, so this is the 2nd one I was given originally for free. I just checked again and after working for few hours, the 12amp fuse was tripped again. So seems like I may indeed have a faulty SWG and should get a new one. and keep current one...

It was given to me as 2nd with pool install . So even though it has been used for 2 years only its dated from 8 year ago .

Based on the numbers I measured from the card it doesn't appear to be bad. I can look to order the 12amp fuse breaker first I guess and then see how it goes.

I also opened the cell and it was squeaky clean, no buildup at all. It had some small debris that I moved. Cell works it just trips the 12amp fuse. once I reset it works fine. Only issue i saw was the blackend adaptor that I reported in my original post. Why would it keep tripping the fuse, is...

I just checked and I get 36.6 when I have the cell off (either disabled or at 0% chlorine) and 42.6 when the cell is on at 100% setting. Thoughts?
