I tried adjusting the angle of the water flow last year. The pools pickup was lower than the return (naturally) but since it has a skimmer I reversed them (doesnt matter as the skimmer is adjustable) and the water return was lower in the pool and angled down and to one side. This didn't work...

I moved my pool yesterday. It had been for the most part empty for the last month or so. I drained all the water I could out (maybe 3 gallons left total) I had 8 people helpe move it from where it was at to the new location (about 20 feet away) I go to fill it up and I see it start puddling...

Nice. I haven't thought about that. For some reason I thought they had to be sealed for them to work. I have a extra 15'' pool hose that I may can adapt for this use.

I made the mistake of never taking my pool down last year. I drained the water, but over the coarse of the fall it has gotten leafs in it. The water is all pretty much dry in it now, so getting the leafs out won't be a big problem My question is what's the best way to clean all the other junk...

Nice to see another Arky also! I didnt even go to that website yet... I got PO'd at the pool cuz i put a regular tube sock over one of the returns and it was filtering out all sorts of that pollen Crud that got stirred up. My filter wasnt catching all of it... So I decided to drain the pool...

I wasn't sure what forum to post this in so I just put it here. I have a 6 way HTH Test kit... the drop kit and the directions for it have gotten ruined. I need to test my pool, as it is very yucky and not sure what is wrong with it. Anyone have directions they can post, or where to get them...

Last time i checked my CYA i thin it was in the 30 to 50 ppm but I forget... I dont know if I have enough to retest the CYA in this kit however. I forget what all my test does but its a 6 way test. I can only vacume into my filter but then i change it. Been stirring it up w/ the net/pole to...
