It's fine to drain all 50% at once and refill?

Hello. New to the forum. My pool is 15,000 gal (non-heated, no-salt) and my K-2006 test kit says CYA is about 110. I live in Las Vegas. How much should I drain and refill to get to an acceptable level? Thanks!
