Thank you. Do you think if I do nothing it 100% guarantees a destroyed skimmer wall? I've attached some images if it helps. It looks to me like the ice is level on top of the pool. It's been draining for days.

Hello, I live in the North East, very cold. I have a ton of ice on top of my above ground pool cover. I put a plug in the skimmer to winterize but unfortunate did not drain the water below the skimmer. Apparently the plug got lose or popped out as water is now leaking from the skimmer opening...

The water is higher than half way point of the Skimmer. Unfortunately that isn't the problem

Hello, looking for advice. 27ft round above ground pool. I have had the same pump/filter for two years with no issues. This year I'm having and issue keeping the pump primed. The pump primes and works fine overnight. No air bubbles coming out of the return, no air bubbles in the pump basket...

No the pump is level with the bottom of the pool.

Sand is smooth, but now another issue. Turned the pump off last night. When I turned it back on this morning it immediately lost prime (all the water left the pump. Does this indicate a leak somewhere? I don't see any water dripping anywhere. Maybe I should reattach/tape all of the fittings?

Hi, I have not used FlOCC. I'll open it and check. Should it it be clumped or loose? What are you thinking? FYI the sand is only 2 years old, as well as the pump/filter.
