Changing Account Email Without Access to the Old Address

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your account and need to update it, we can assist you.

Steps to Request an Email Update

1. Log in to your account, if possible.
2. Use the Contact Us form to request an email change.
3. Provide the following details for verification:
   • Your current username.
   • Your old email address, if known.
   • Your new email address.

An administrator will review your request and update your email address. You’ll receive a confirmation at your new email once the change is complete.
