To make the stirrer work you have to drop the little white bean into the test tube (after measuring the correct amount of pool water in to it of course!). Did you do that?
It looks like you have little to none CYA. So you're going to have to get some in there if you want to maintain your FC...otherwise the sun will make you lose it by the end of the day..if not sooner?
Have you discovered PoolMath yet? http://www.troublefreepool.com/calc.html You enter your pools volume in gallons at the top, and then zip down to the bottom and put in your pool finish, chlorination method and that you want "troublefreepool" advice. Then go up again and fill out the "Now" column with your current test results and then enter your desired goal test result into the right hand "Target" column and it will calculate how much and what chemical you need to add. Start with your CYA since that is your biggest need right now.
