Looking to see if any has an experience with faulty bonding with their in ground pool. I have had my pool for 20 years. This is the third time children are feeling an electrical shock in my pool. In 2017, I had all the concrete torn out and my pool rebonded. Now this year, the same problem is occurring. I have had the power company out and of course they say it is not their problem. I read on this forum old posts about this same issue and want to know if and how anyone rectified them without pulling out all the concrete, once again!

Dozens of threads over the years. @ajw22 might be able to offer some trouble shooting tips but you’d be wise to search out an old salty electrician with pool experience.
Had power co in twice and large electrical company . Spoke to two inspectors and a bunch of electricians. Pursing now voltage at meter when everything shut down. I was hoping for a way to ground it without digging it all up again
