Brown streaks in pool

Hi,

Two months into being a pool owner. Got the water looking very clear on a somewhat regular basis and the pool is balanced except for slightly elevated CyA levels. For the first time, though, I’ve noticed these brown streaks on the bottom surface overnight. Any thoughts? They WON’T come off with brushing. The only thing I’ve done differently recently is that I added Leslie’s pool perfect weekly.

Look kinda like acorn stains.

We do have a lot of trees that shed acorns. Would those not come off with a brush? And why now? We’ve had similar debris but never had staining like this…

Won’t come off right away. May fade over time if you keep up on the chlorine. You can also run the pool sweep more often to get them before they stain or sweep manually more often.
